Setting up the Kit is hassle-free and does not require a Wi-Fi network or complicated security configurations. The Kit sends video utilizing advanced wireless technology through a dedicated 802.11ac wireless connection. The included transmitter and receiver come pre-paired and ready with wireless security enabled.
Control Sources Remotely
Control each HDMI video source with your existing remote control. The included IR blast cable, and IR extension cable allows signal transmission between your remote and audio/video equipment. Once set up, just point your remote at the Kit receiver and click to control.
Obstructions such as 2-3 walls may shorten this range or stop wireless transmission if the walls are of nonporous materials such as cement, brick, double-paned glass, etc.
